There are no licensing requirements for distributors that wish to sell Fair Trade Certified wine since the product is already certified and labeled once it reaches the distribution stage.

  • The only core requirement  for distributors is to purchase Fair Trade Certified and labeled wine from importers licensed by TransFair USA. For a list of licensed wine importers, click here
